1. Make a rough puff pastry with the flour and water.
2. Sauté leeks, mushrooms, and veggie crumbles.
3. Add vegetable broth and white wine.
4. Add enough panic so that the mixture is moist but not wet.
5. Roll out dough into a rectangle. Put mixture in a strip down middle of dough and fold over each side, pressing dough together into a roll. Place roll seam-side down on pan and fold under sides.
6. Bake until puffy and golden brown.
